Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma

Having a son that attended the University of Oklahom and In-laws that lived in Edmond, OK, gave me the opportunity to visit several museums in the Oklahoma area. The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History is a great place to visit, especially if you are interested in lithics technology. They have quite the stone tool gallery which includes the 5,000 year old Holt Bison skull with a Calf Creek spear point embedded in it. Well worth the visit!
